Well I couldn’t of found a better place then Belfast Pianos ,, Steven was helpful from the start , I phoned late too prob out of hours but no problem at all ,, the advice given and history of the particular brand I bought was second to none ,, it was delivered today and no hassles at all , professionally unloaded and put into place , it’s such a refreshing change to deal with a decent company and kind knowledgeable people and nothing was too much !! , I will be sticking with them from now on , well done

This is an amazing company. It is very nerve racking to buy a piano long distance but Steven and his colleagues went out of their way again and again to let us hear it being played and see close photos and videos of the piano we were hoping to buy. Every worry and question was answered and - when it came to delivery- from Belfast to the North of Scotland - he made a special effort to make it possible in a very short time...for a birthday. The piano is beautiful and sounds fantastic..even just after its long journey! I am very grateful and -without reservation- recommend this company for quality, service and support. Just delighted. I recently purchased a beautiful Zimmerman Baby Grand Piano from Stephen at Belfast Pianos. I cannot recommend and praise Belfast Pianos highly enough. Stephen and Gena arrived to deliver and set-up the Baby Grand Piano earlier than scheduled at the end of a Province Wide Journey earlier that day, where himself and Gena spent the day delivering Pianos to other excited customers. It was truly amazing to watch Stephen and Gena going about the Highly Skilled Process of unpacking and delivering a Baby Grand Piano with so much skill, technique and care that is so well choreographed that the expertise can only have been developed with time, patience and practice. The Piano is even more beautiful in real life than the images on the website. I will certainly do business with Belfast Pianos again.
